Terms of Service

Welcome to Manara Dental. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Manara Dental (“Manara,” “we,” or “us”) when you use the Manara mobile application or manaradental.com (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for licensed dental professionals and registered dental clinics. To create an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a licensed dental practitioner or authorised representative of a registered dental clinic
- You have provided accurate and current information during registration, including any verification documents
- Your use of the Service complies with all laws and professional regulations that apply to your practice
We may verify the information you provide and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
Verification. All new accounts require verification by our team before transactional features (orders, quotes) become available. We may approve, request additional information, or reject an application at our discretion.
Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone number and any one-time passcodes used to authenticate. Notify us immediately at hello@manaradental.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accuracy. You agree to keep your account information — including delivery addresses, business details, and contact information — up to date.
3. Orders and Payment
Order placement. When you place an order through the Service, you are making an offer to purchase the listed products at the displayed price. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected error, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing.Prices shown in the app reflect the merchant’s current price at the time of viewing. Prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Lahza). You authorise us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the order total. If payment fails, your order may be cancelled.
Cancellation.You may request to cancel an order while its status is “Pending” or “Confirmed.” Once an order has shipped or entered preparation, cancellation is no longer guaranteed — contact support and we will do our best to accommodate.
4. Quote Requests (RFQ)
For products not in our regular catalogue, you may submit a Request for Quote. Our sourcing team will research availability and respond with pricing and an estimated delivery window. A quote is not an offer to sell; we may decline to fulfil a quote at any time before you accept it.
Once you accept a quote, the same order, payment, and cancellation rules in Section 3 apply.
Quote pricing is valid for the period stated on the quote. If you do not accept within that window, we may withdraw or re-price the quote.
5. Delivery and Pickup
We deliver to the addresses you save in your account or offer pickup at designated locations where available. Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance and are not a binding promise — actual times depend on stock availability, carrier schedules, and circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss for a product passes to you once it is handed over to you (delivery) or to the carrier (shipped) or once you collect it from a pickup location.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with the conditions disclosed at the time of purchase. Some categories of products may not be returnable for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons; eligibility is communicated to you before checkout. To initiate a return, contact support with your order number.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive the returned product. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Loyalty Program
We may offer a loyalty program that rewards you with points for eligible purchases. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire as disclosed in the program rules. We may change, suspend, or end the loyalty program at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service — including software, design, logos, text, product photography, and branding — is owned by Manara or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
9. User Content
You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, or other content through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and modify that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or that violates the privacy of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms other users.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or professional regulation
- Misrepresent your identity, professional qualifications, or business affiliation
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account to another party
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or our security measures
- Attempt to access another user’s account or personal information
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code
- Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or copy any part of the Service
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Product information, including images and descriptions, is provided by merchants and manufacturers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of every detail. Always verify critical information (such as expiry dates, sterility, or material compatibility) on the physical product before clinical use.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manara, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manara and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — in whole or in part, with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your account presents a security or fraud risk, or you fail to pay amounts owed to us or to a merchant through the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it shall be referred to the competent courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email with reasonable advance notice before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
